At the heart of The Grove Hospitality Group is The Flynn Family – a dynamic crew keeping things fun, fresh, and (mostly) functional.  They are the OGs of The Grove.

• Jennifer – Our Chief Fun Maker & Experience Curator, aka the mastermind behind the magic at The Grove Hotel, The Grove Motel, and JOE. Hot+Cold. She runs a tight (but entertaining) ship and has perfected the art of making things happen. If it’s on-brand, fun, and slightly over-the-top, you can bet she’s behind it.

• Jim – The brains behind it all (his words, not ours). The occasional "honey-doer" and problem solver, Jim is the guy who steps in when things need fixing – or when Jennifer needs a second opinion (which may or may not be taken into account).

• Emma – The future Dr. Flynn (dentist-in-training) and creative genius of the family. When she’s not deep in dental studies, she’s making her mark on The Grove’s branding, marketing, and overall vibe. She’s proof that a love for straight teeth and straight aesthetics can go hand in hand.

• Evan – When he's not slinging espresso and keeping JOE. Hot+Cold running smoothly, Evan is deep into his Criminology degree at the University of Windsor (or at least, he should be, according to Mom). Whether he's brewing the perfect cappuccino or analyzing case law, one thing’s for sure—he’s got both caffeine and crime on his radar.

• The Dogs (Clarke (RIP) & Gable) – The real bosses of the Flynn household. They contribute absolutely nothing to the business, but their moral support (and constant need for attention) is invaluable.
